The first step to start working with GIC BPO is to meet with us and share with us your business current needs so we can work on a tailored proposal for you. Once the deliverables are determined we can sign an agreement that protects your information. We then move to the talent selection process which usually takes 3-5 working days. The last step is to choose a start date.

The cost varies depending on the experience of the Virtual Assistant (VA) and the number of hours per month. In order to offer a quotation we need to have a clear understanding of what you are looking for.

It’s like managing any other member of your staff. You can talk to them on a daily basis via text, call, email and virtual meetings. You can also request from a GIC BPO a report on their activity as we use a monitoring tool to track clock in, clock out and productivity.
