At GIC BPO, we are looking for a CRM Automation Specialist to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with experience in CRM automation who enjoys optimizing systems and improving customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize CRM systems to improve customer engagement and business performance
- Build, implement, and maintain CRM automation workflows
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integrations
- Provide day-to-day CRM support and continuous optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM automation (Vendasta or GoHighLevel preferred)
- C2 level English proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with experience working with CRM data
- Sales or marketing experience is a plus
- Project management experience is a plus
